Incorporated in 2006 and headquartered in Hong Kong, Alliance Asia Group (AAG) is the parent company of Alliance Asia Hong Kong Ltd. AAG specialises in importing the finest consumer electronics and computer peripherals from Asia to the Eastern European and US market. Due to its vast experience in and extensive knowledge towards the Eastern European and US market, AAG established an excellent network of suppliers and customer base, which allows them to compete as one of the major electronics importers in the area and thereafter, maximise value for their customers.
In 2012, the company took a strategic turn to diversify the business and take advantage of the growing demand for FMPG materials in Eastern Europe and further expanded into Malaysia in 2018. Thus, Alliance Asia Hong Kong Ltd was formed to purchase different products, such as, ceramic tiles, LED lights, and even, cleaning detergents, supplied from its vendors in China and Hong Kong and then primarily distributing to domestic wholesalers and Governments tenders.

Founder

Mr. Peter Kui Kuen So is the founder and Managing Director of Alliance Asia Group Limited and is held responsible for the overall strategic planning of the firm and for overseeing the daily operations of all AAG offices spanned across the globe. With 31 years of experience in international business, especially in the IT sector, Mr. So has a solid foundation and network in the industry, which helps him achieve his aim of providing holistic solutions to his clients. He is also up to date with current market trends and key players. Prior to managing Alliance Asia Group Limited, Mr. So founded Sowah HK Limited in 1987, where he was the Managing Director of this consumer electronics business. His main responsibility was to expand the firm globally through developing and executing business and marketing strategies. By setting up an office in Hungary, he developed a strong distribution network in Central Europe, namely, Romania, Slovenia, and Serbia. He also expanded the business from consumer electronics to other sectors. which strengthened his capabilities to work in various industries.
